01 · Lead Generation

Traffic in.Calls out.

Lead generation is traffic sent to a site that converts. We send it three ways — SEO, AI visibility and a network of websites we own — to a website built to turn visitors into calls and forms. No paid clicks: this traffic keeps arriving when nobody is paying for it.

3sources of traffic that keep sending it: search, AI answers and our own network of sites

What it is

Traffic, sent to a site that converts.

Lead generation is two jobs done together. The first is traffic: people who need what you sell, arriving at your website. The second is conversion: a site that turns enough of those visitors into calls and forms to make the traffic worth having. Our lead generation doesn’t lean on paid clicks, because paid traffic stops the day the budget does. When you want paid traffic too, that’s our PPC service, and it lands on the same site.

Our traffic comes from three places, and all three keep sending it. The first is Google search, through SEO. The second is the AI assistants people now ask for recommendations, through AI visibility. The third is a network of lead-generation websites we own. All of it lands on a website built to be called, with the phone number and the form one tap away on every page.

What you get

Three sources of traffic. One site that converts.

  1. Traffic from Google: pages written to the phrasings your customers search, ranked in the map pack and the results beneath it
  2. Traffic from the AI assistants: your business made the answer ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews give
  3. Traffic from the network: lead-generation sites we own, one trade per site, sending your trade’s calls and forms to you alone
  4. A site that converts it: the phone number and the form one tap away on every page, every lead saved before it’s emailed
  5. A monthly report from your site’s own log: visits and leads by where they came from, the pages they came through, and what we did
  6. Month to month, with no penalty clause — if the traffic isn’t turning into leads, you’re free to go

The network

A network of sites we own.

Alongside your own website, we build and run lead-generation websites of our own, each covering a single trade. They’re built the way we build every site: fast on a phone, answer-first, and structured so Google and the AI assistants can read them.

The sites

Ours.

one trade per site

Ask whether your trade and your market are covered, and Michael will answer in his first reply.

The leads

Yours.

one company per trade in each market

When yours are covered, that site’s calls and forms go to you. If they aren’t, SEO and AI visibility still send traffic to your own site, anywhere in the US or Canada.

How we do it

Find the traffic. Fix the site. Count the calls.

01

Find where the traffic is

Before a page is written, we run every phrasing of every service you sell through the Keyword Planner to see how often it’s searched in your market, and we ask five AI engines the questions your customers ask. That tells us which pages to build and which answers you need to own.

02

Make sure the site converts

A visitor who can’t find your phone number on a phone is a lost lead, however they arrived. We check every page at 375 pixels wide: the call button and the form under the thumb, a fast load on a mobile connection, and the customer’s questions answered on the page.

03

Run the three sources

Your search pages and your Business Profile work together for the map pack. Your business becomes the answer the assistants give. And if your trade is on the network, its site sends you its calls.

04

Count every lead

Each call, form, email and text tap is logged at the edge of your own site the moment it happens, tagged with where the visitor came from. That log is the number we report to you, with Google’s own figures beside it.

What it costs

Never per click. Never per lead.

We don’t charge per click or per lead. A website is a fixed-scope project, and hosting and care are included. The traffic work, which covers SEO, AI visibility and the network, runs month to month with no penalty clause.

The price depends on how many services, pages and markets the plan covers. The plan shows the search demand next to every page before you agree to it, so you can see what each page is for.

Answers

Lead generation, asked and answered

How much does lead generation cost?

Nothing per click and nothing per lead. A website is a fixed-scope project with hosting and care included; the traffic work — SEO, AI visibility and the network — is month to month with no penalty clause. What moves the number is how many services, pages and markets the plan covers.

How long does lead generation take?

The conversion side works from launch: a site that’s easier to call gets more calls from the visitors it already has. Search and AI traffic build over months and then compound. If your trade and your market are covered by our network, its leads can reach you the month you join.

Does lead generation work for a small business?

Yes, when the traffic is real and the leads are yours alone. A small business needs ten good calls a month, not a thousand impressions — so the report counts calls and forms by where they came from, and nothing on the network is sold to three companies at once.

What is the difference between lead generation and paid advertising?

Paid advertising buys one visit at a time and stops when the budget does. Our lead generation builds traffic that keeps arriving — rankings, AI answers and a network of sites. We run paid advertising too, as its own service on Google, Meta and ChatGPT, and send it to the same site built to convert.

Are lead generation companies worth it?

The ones that resell the same homeowner to five contractors aren’t. The leads we produce reach you through your own site, from your own rankings and AI answers, or from the network site for your trade — one company per trade in each market, never resold, never shared.

How do you track where leads come from?

Every visit and every call, form, email and text tap is logged at the edge of your own site the moment it happens, before any script runs, and tagged with where the visitor came from: Google, an AI assistant, another website, social or direct. Search Console and Google Analytics sit beside it in the monthly report.
