About
Two owners.One job:your phone ringing.
Lead Gen Digital Marketing is owned by Terry McCarthy and Michael Blair. It runs from Nashville, Tennessee, works with businesses anywhere in the US and Canada, and does one thing: sends traffic to websites that turn it into calls.
Co-owner · owner of Nashville Home Pros Magazine
Terry McCarthy.
Terry owns Nashville Home Pros Magazine with his wife, Kristin. The magazine reaches 180,000 verified homeowners in the Nashville area, and each issue is put together to feature the area’s best contractors, service providers and home specialists, so residents can find the right professional for any project.
Terry and Kristin own and operate several businesses in the Nashville and St. Louis areas, and every one of them serves one purpose: helping homeowners find reputable, high-quality companies for home improvement and maintenance. They’ve spent years in print and digital advertising, building connections between local businesses and the homeowners they serve.
That same job, putting good businesses in front of the people looking for them, is what Lead Gen Digital Marketing does across the US and Canada.
Supporting local businesses and strengthening the communities we call home, one home service connection at a time.Terry and Kristin McCarthy
Co-owner · in the industry since 1999
Michael Blair.
Michael has been in the industry since 1999. He spent his first fifteen years in healthcare information technology at Ascension Health, working on hospital systems: software that has to work every day for people who never see it. His habits come from there. Measure before you promise, write it down, and build so that a Saturday outage is somebody’s job.
Then he went out on his own to build and market websites for small businesses, which need to be found just as badly as a hospital system and have far less to spend on it.
He leads every engagement himself: the free look, the plan, the site, the traffic work and the monthly report. Specialists work with him on the pieces that need one, and there’s no account manager standing between you and the person doing the work.
How we work
Three rules,
written down.
Traffic you don’t rent. SEO, AI visibility and a network of sites we own keep sending visitors after the work is done. Paid clicks stop the day the budget does, so we use them to add to that traffic, never to replace it.
A site that converts. The call button and the form sit under the thumb on every page, and the site loads fast on a phone and answers the questions a customer would ask. Everything on it comes from facts the business gave us. We invent no ratings, prices, dates or reviews.
Measured on your own site. We log every visit and every call, form and email tap at the edge, by where it came from. Search Console, Google Analytics and Bing are confirmed working before a site is called done. The monthly report reads those numbers and lists what we did.
The free look
We read your business the way a customer does — on a phone — and the way the engines do: the site through our scanner, five AI assistants asked your customers’ questions, your map pack, profile, reviews and links. Michael writes back the same day with what’s costing you calls.
The plan
Where your traffic will come from, page by page, with the search demand behind each page — and what your site has to fix before that traffic can turn into calls. In writing, before you agree to anything.
The build
The site that converts comes first, then the pages that bring traffic to it. Every page is checked on a phone, the site is scanned at 95 or better, and a real test lead goes through the live form before launch.
The monthly number
Visits and leads by where they came from — Google, the AI assistants, other websites, direct — from your site’s own log, with Search Console and Google Analytics beside it, and a plain list of what we did.
Where
Run from Nashville. Working across the US and Canada.
Both owners are in Nashville, Tennessee, and the work reaches businesses anywhere in the US and Canada. It’s all done remotely, from the free look to the monthly report, with a call whenever you want one.
